We have a 30-day refund and return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on farmhouse signs, yard art, door hangers, or home decor.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, exchanged, or canceled. Custom and personalized items, wood products, yard art, and door hangers cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Replacement Due to Damage
In order to receive a replacement item please send pictures and a brief description of the damage to support@thehollandhaus.com for review. Once the replacement has been approved We only provide replacements on pieces that were not modified after being received. Any modifications made by the customer will void our seasonal product guarantee that we offer and a replacement will not be issued.
All wood cutouts are guaranteed by us for the season they were purchased against any kind of defect such as warping. We do not guarantee our products against breakage from high winds, or bending from improper storage. *when storing, make sure items are laid flat (hardware facing up) so the wood is not bending under its weight.
If your product was received damaged due to shipping please send pictures of the broken product, the internal packaging, and most importantly the external packaging (especially to illustrate any damage the package may have incurred) This is necessary for shipping insurance claims that we will file with the carrier and will send out a replacement item as soon as possible.
Shipping
Most items in our shop will ship within 7-10 business days or less. We like to have orders fulfilled as quickly as we can while ensuring quality work is executed. If there will be a delay in getting your order out we will reach out and communicate any delay we foresee.

Delays in transit are out of our control once the product is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are more than happy to look into your tracking if there appears to be a delay (especially during the holidays), but we are not able to speed the process up. If you suspect a package is lost then let us know and we can start an investigation with the carrier. If a package is determined lost then we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Insurance covers these things so we are typically able to find a swift resolution.
We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska as shipping costs are not feasible.
How to Store Yard Art
When storing your items find somewhere that you can store them flat (mount side up). Ensure the paint is protected from anything sharp or abrasive. This will prevent the wood from bending over time.
Our products are weather resistant but it is highly recommended that you take them in if strong winds are present, or you are experiencing a blizzard or torential rain that may cause extreme weather conditions.
